Interior design is not what we offer alongside other services , it is what we are. Every spatial decision, material selection, and detailing choice is made with a single standard in mind: is this exceptional? We work with owners of villas, mansions, penthouses, and high-specification apartments across Dubai and the wider GCC.
We take on full-scope residential interior design projects , from complete new villa builds to penthouse fit-outs and renovations of properties that need a new identity. The scale varies; the standard does not. Whether you are planning a 1,200m² Emirates Hills mansion or a Downtown Dubai penthouse, you receive the same rigorous design process and the same level of personal attention.
Every project begins with a discovery conversation , we listen before we design. We learn how you live, how you entertain, what you have tried to achieve before and why it fell short. From that understanding, we develop a concept direction: spatial layout, architectural moves, mood, material palette. Once you respond and refine, we develop the design in full , technical drawings, 3D visualisations, finish schedules, specification packages , everything a contractor needs to build it precisely.
Most studios hand their designs to contractors and walk away. We stay. Architecture, permitting, FF&E sourcing, and project management are all handled in-house , which means the design intent is protected at every stage, from first sketch to completion certificate. No loss of detail in translation. No delays waiting for handoffs between firms.
Residential is the core of our work — villas, mansions, penthouses, and apartments — but we also take on select commercial and hospitality projects when the brief calls for the same level of detail. We are selective about which projects we take on, regardless of category.
Full process. We take a project from concept through detailed design, FF&E specification, sourcing, procurement, and on-site supervision through to handover. We coordinate every consultant and supplier, so the client has a single point of contact throughout.
Globally. We work with luxury suppliers and ateliers across Italy, France, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, and elsewhere, as well as carefully selected regional craftsmen. For pieces that don't exist off-the-shelf, we design and commission custom furniture and joinery.
Concept and detailed design takes around three to six months for a villa, depending on scope. Full procurement, fit-out, and handover typically adds another nine to twelve months. We share a realistic programme at the proposal stage so there are no surprises.
